Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.

1. Services

Sebastin Cleaning LLC provides professional carpet cleaning, carpet installation, carpet maintenance, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and general cleaning services throughout Maryland and surrounding areas.
All services are performed by trained cleaning professionals using approved cleaning materials and equipment.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our website.

• We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance.

• Same-day services may be available depending on scheduling and location.

• Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive a service confirmation by phone or email.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted based on service type, area size, and cleaning requirements.

• Any additional work requested on-site may result in an updated quote.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or bank transfer.

• Invoices are available upon request.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

• In case of an emergency or weather-related delays, Sebastin Cleaning LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments.

5. Access to Property

• Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

• If our team is unable to access the property due to locked doors, parking issues, or other obstacles, a service call fee may apply.

• Please secure pets and valuable items before cleaning begins.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
We will arrange a re-clean or resolution at no additional cost (within reasonable limits).
Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.

7. Liability

• Sebastin Cleaning LLC is insured and follows safety protocols at all times.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, discoloration, or loose fittings.

• Clients must notify us of any fragile or high-value items before cleaning.

• While we take great care, Sebastin Cleaning LLC is not liable for accidental damage to items not disclosed prior to cleaning.

8. Use of Cleaning Products

We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products safe for general home and business use.
If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before your appointment so we can adjust accordingly.

9. Carpet Installation & Maintenance

For carpet installation or repair services:

• The client must ensure floors are clean and free of furniture before installation begins.

• Once installed, carpets should not be walked on for 24 hours to allow proper settling.

• Sebastin Cleaning LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects or issues arising from pre-existing floor conditions.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected for bookings or communication is used solely to provide cleaning services.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

Sebastin Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Maryland state law.
